By accessing or using the services provided by The Wedding Karigars, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, we request that you refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

The Wedding Karigars offers wedding planning, coordination, and design services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work will always be detailed separately within the client agreement shared before engagement.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event dates. Remaining payments will follow the schedule outlined within the client agreement. We currently accept bank transfers, credit cards, and certified payments.

Client Responsibilities

We request timely communication, feedback, and approvals throughout the planning process. Delays in communication or decision-making may impact timelines, for which The Wedding Karigars cannot be held responsible.

Limitation of Liability

The Wedding Karigars works alongside trusted vendors and partners to coordinate your celebration. While we strive for a seamless experience, we cannot be held liable for any breach, delay, or issue caused by third-party vendors. Our liability remains limited to the amount paid directly to us for our services.
